Master of Science (M.Sc) is an Post Graduate degree in Science and related subjects.
Master of Science (M.Sc) is a post-graduation level course which is of two years duration divided into four semesters. MSc is a specialized course in which aspirants are offered in-depth knowledge of the discipline they have selected. The College offers Master of Science in five disciplines namely Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
Master of Science, popularly known as M. Sc is the 2-year postgraduate degree course that is the next natural step after doing B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science). M.Sc. is a more specialised, research-based degree course aimed at letting students choose a career path. The course is an excellent mix of theory and practical knowledge aimed at preparing students for the professional world. At the end of the course, students also have to write a thesis.
Bachelor degree (preferably arts) holders of a minimum 3 or 4-year duration with its equivalent (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). The degree should be from a university that is recognized by the UGC (University Grants Commission) of India.
